The Chairpak comes with a 30 DAY COMFORT AND QUALITY GUARANTEE. If you are not satisfied with our product quality, simply return it within 30 days of receipt for a full product refund.

We also provide a FULL ONE YEAR LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY on Chair-Pak. We will replace or repair your Chair-Pak at no additional charge if damage were to happen to it under normal day to day use*.

BE SURE TO KEEP & USE THE ORIGINAL BOX & PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR RETURN! Please call us for a return authorization number before shipping. The customer is responsible for shipping the defective item to Chair-Pak Company for inspection prior to receiving a full refund**.

Digital pictures of the defect or damaged area and/or returning the product to us may be required of the customer prior to return or refund. No refund will be given after 30 days, only repair or replacement for a period of one year from purchase date.

Chair-Pak Company does not pay for the cost to return items. Products returned must be unused and in resalable condition and are subject to the following conditions and restrictions:

• Products which may be defective or damaged in shipping will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Chair-Pak Company.
   
• Our refund policy does not cover products damaged due to neglect, improper usage or application, wind damage or other acts of nature. Our refund policy does not cover products which are special ordered or imprinted on the customer's behalf.
   
• Our refund policy only covers products intended for private use and does not cover products intended for commercial, public or rental usages.
   
• Chair-Pak Company reserves the right to make a selection on the customer's behalf in order to expedite the shipping process if a particular color or design of a product has not been included with the customer's order.
   
• UPS now charges shippers for packages returned as "Refused". Orders returned as "refused" will be credited less the return shipping fees and the aforementioned stocking fee.
   

Returned items must be in brand new original condition and in original packaging. Returned items will be checked by our staff for resell value. If the returned item(s) are deemed to be in brand new resell value a return authorization will be processed and your money will be returned minus any applied restocking fee.

*Chair-Pak reserves the right to assess the damage at hand and deem it worthy of repair or replacement before taking action. If the original style or color scheme is not available, we will offer a similar item as a replacement. The customer is responsible for shipping the original item to Chair-Pak Company for inspection and replacement.
